Event was organized by the Estonian National Agency Archimedes and the European Foundation Erasmus +.
We were recognized as the best in advancing the civil initiative for the youth project “Another Point of the View”.
Our environment is constantly changing. There is no denying that. However, as our environment changes, so does the need to become increasingly aware of the problems that surround it. With a massive influx of natural disasters, warming and cooling periods, different types of weather patterns and much more, people need to be aware of what types of environmental problems our planet is facing. The training course will gather 33 youth workers from Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Italy, Romania and Czech Republic in Lithuania from 2nd to 12th of November, 2016. It is a Call for missing participants.
The Training course: “NGO2Business: preparing NGO’s for effective cooperation with Business” is being implemented under the Erasmus + program, KA1 action. The project is being implemented by partners: MOPT (Lithuania), JASMA (LV), Maltezka pomoc (CZ), SAMR (RO), Universum NGO (PL), HEAK (EE), TRIPS (IT). In Tallinn the final stage of the project “Volunteering work – expanding the borders?” Was held.
NGO Planet27 was invited as participants. The participants of the round table expressed the wish that the propaganda of the volunteer movement in Ida Virumaa and Narva should be given more attention
During the summer, the 17th-21st July participated in the Special Olympics Ireland representative team successfully Gothia Cup in Gothenburg, Sweden, which is the largest youth soccer tournament in the world, and which this year was attended by nearly 1,700 teams. One part of the tournament, Kim Källström Cup for athletes with intellectual and multiple disabilities. Special Olympics teams competed in this year’s 30, Estonia was represented by nine 16-17-year-old three schools. After the grand opening ceremony was held eelturniir where contestants were divided on the basis of the results of the qualification games of the division of months or strength of a group of five teams each. The Estonian team came up with a three-Swedish sports club and the Finnish national team athletes in strength as the other B-group. Won the gold medal in the team’s Fässbergeri Swedish, Estonian athletes got a silver medal in the B group.
